Last Updated: June 2026
1. Operator
Messenger Classic is operated by Nexlora (Solutions) Ltd, a company registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: info@messengerclassic.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Messenger Classic you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed under your account. You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country (generally 13 or 16 years old).
4. Messaging
Messenger Classic lets you exchange text messages, emoticons, images and nudges with your contacts and in groups. You are solely responsible for the content you send. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Audio and video calls
You agree to use the calling features only with people who have consented to talk to you. Recording a call without the explicit consent of all participants may be illegal in your jurisdiction and is strictly forbidden through this service.
6. Profile information
Your display name, avatar, status and personal message must not impersonate another person, infringe trademarks, or contain hateful, sexual or illegal content. We may remove profile elements that violate these rules.
7. Cookies
The service uses cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. By using the service you accept the use of these cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems and from backups within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent: messages, contacts, group memberships, profile and uploaded media will be erased and cannot be recovered. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Messenger Classic to:
- send spam, scams, phishing links or unsolicited bulk messages;
- harass, threaten, dox or stalk any person;
- share content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes intellectual property rights;
- distribute malware, attempt to break the service, reverse engineer it or bypass security measures;
- automate the service with bots without our prior written consent;
- use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
11. Service availability
Messenger Classic is offered “as is”. We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors, or the permanent storage of any specific message.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlora (Solutions) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the service in the previous twelve months (which may be zero for free accounts).
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
